We also have 24/7 support processes in place, with a streamlined ticketing system to ensure quick responses to routine requests. For critical incidents, we follow a well-defined escalation protocol to engage high-level technicians and specialists as needed, ensuring emergencies are addressed promptly and effectively.

The onboarding process involves the following steps:

  • Sign Up: Use the self-service option to register for service(s), or a representative will send you a link to complete payment.
  • Forms & Authorization: Next you will be presented with a series of form required for our services. (Ex. HIPAA BA, MSA, etc..)

There are no formal contracts and you can cancel services; however there are no refunds. So no matter if you have monthly or annual billing, you can request a cancelation of services with no refund at any time.

Since we’re a new company we have rather loose SLA’s which reflect within our pricing. However, we have great response times and positive track records. Referrals available upon request.
